Front-End Developer SWE3

Location: Columbia, MD
Compensation Range: $210,000 – $260,000 (annualized USD)
Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated developer to lead front-end software development—including building user interfaces and integrating UI functionality with backend APIs and databases. In this role, you will help develop exercise scenarios and lead efforts to leverage and/or develop scenario grading solutions in support of the customer’s critical training mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network architecture and topologies.

  • Develop and integrate network applications and services using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

  • Automate network tasks using scripting and automation tools.

  • Develop and maintain network automation workflows.

  • Document network designs, configurations, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, software development) to ensure seamless operations and mission support.

Skills Requirements:

  • Experience with development frameworks.

  • Background in user interface design, development, and integration with backend APIs.

  • Strong experience with network design.

  • Experience in full-stack development.

  • Experience with requirements gathering and system architecture planning.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with both Windows and Unix exploitation security.

  • Strong understanding of vSphere and virtual machines.

  • Development experience with Svelte, TypeScript, Java, MongoDB, Python.

Education & Experience Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
12+ years of relevant professional experience.

Compensation & Employment Policy:

Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $260,000 (annualized USD).
